This is a nice meat tenderizer; however, with Rolse I expected made in Germany, and this was made in China, and it is a little expensive considering where it was made.

This is one of the best tenderizers I have ever owned, good balance, easy to use, very effective on any kind of meat. I also like the total stainless steel constuction; easy to clean and dishwasher safe.
I haven't had it very long but already it has seen much use without any problems and I expect this to continue.

Great weight distribution for pounding or flattening & it's easy on the wrist. Love the sleek design which is EXACTLY what I had been looking for--not bulky! I highly recommend it to anyone who is either an experienced chef or a beginner in the kitchen!
